These are unofficial, preliminary results and the next update will be provided Friday, Oct. 6.
This tally only includes ballots sent in or dropped off before Election Day.
The candidates currently leading for the Areawide Assembly seats are Paul R. Kelly and Ella Adkinson.
Kelly leads with 1,946 votes and Adkinson with 1,698.
For Assembly District 1, Alicia Hughes-Skandijs is currently in the lead with 2,872 votes.
For Assembly District 2, Christine Woll is in the lead with 3,094 votes.
For the school board, which has two open seats, David H. Noon and Britteny Cioni Haywood are in the lead. Noon leads with 3,216 votes and Cioni-Haywood has 2,993.
For the new City Hall proposition, the vote is narrowly leaning towards no.
2,470 votes have been counted towards a yes vote for City Hall and 2,582 have been counted for a no vote.
The results won’t be considered official until they’re certified on Oct. 17.
