February 14 @ 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

Event Series Event Series (See All)

The forests of Southeast Alaska have undergone several defoliation events over the past 5 years leading to questions about the health of our iconic trees. Forestry scientists Elizabeth Graham PhD and Michelle DesLauriers will speak about their study on the insects and other organisms that cause forest defoliation, the short- and long-term impacts, and how the forest recovers.
