A hearing is set for Today in Miller County Circuit Court for Timothy Demery, 21, charged with capital murder in the shooting death of passenger Tracy Davis, 26. Demery, along with Ke’Iante Smith, 21, and Antoine Cartwright Jr., 21, allegedly fired shots from a vehicle near Vernal and Bramble streets on Nov. 17, 2024. Davis was shot in the head. The suspects remain in the Miller County Detention Center on $1 million bail each. Demery and Smith face additional charges, including terroristic acts. Cartwright was arrested in Louisiana and faces similar charges.
