A Hope, Arkansas, man is facing federal charges after a traffic stop on I-30 in Texarkana led to the discovery of over three pounds of meth. Authorities say 31-year-old Anthony Levelle Thomas Jr. was pulled over on March 11 when a trooper spotted a marijuana cigarette behind his ear.
