Juneau, Alaska (KINY) – The Following is a press release issued by Juneau Police Department, This is a developing story…

On 02/03/2025, at about 12:34 A.M., the Juneau Police Department received a call regarding a shooting between two men, who were driving vehicles in the roundabout of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive and Mendenhall Loop Road. The shooting resulted in the death of one of the men, and the other is currently in police custody.

JPD is working on identifying the deceased male to make notifications to the next of kin.
