A man wanted for capital murder in Texarkana, Arkansas, is now in custody.
Antoine Cartwright Jr. was arrested Friday in Bernice, Louisiana. He is accused of fatally shooting Tracy Davis on November 17.
Police say Davis was a passenger in a car near Vernal and Bramble streets when he was shot in the head. Others in the vehicle reportedly fired at a house before Davis was hit. He later died at the hospital.
Cartwright faces multiple charges, including discharging a firearm from a vehicle, tampering with evidence, and several counts of terroristic acts.
