October 27, 2023:
A male was arrested on a bench warrant and a subsequent search of his person yielded evidence of controlled substance possession
October 28, 2023:
On 10/28/2023 at approximately 1157 hours, the Sitka Police Department received a report of a motor vehicle accident in the 600 block of Sawmill Creek Road. Alcohol was not believed to be a factor.
October 29, 2023:
On 10/29/2023, the Sitka Police Department received a complaint of a possible fight in progress near the 400 block of Sawmill Creek Road. Officers determined a male broke a window in an attempt to assault someone for cash that was owed. The investigation is ongoing and alcohol and drugs is believed to be a factor.
